iRobot

The iRobot Corporation is a technology business based in the United States that creates and manufactures consumer robots. It was formed in 1990 by three members of MIT's Artificial Intelligence Lab, who created space exploration and military defense robots. The company, which is based in Delaware, makes a variety of autonomous household vacuum cleaners (Roomba), floor moppers (Braava), and other cleaning devices.
